Yasuyuki Tashibu has extensive experience as a marketing and business development professional in both enterprise and startups in Japan and global companies.
After graduating International Christian University in 2007, he joined McCann Erickson Japan, one of the world’s leading marketing communications company, where he worked as a planning manager for total communications planning and media planning for global clients as a planning manager for about 10 years.
After working for two start-up companies, he joined Olive Union, a foreign start-up company that manufactures and sells next-generation smart hearing aid in 2019 as the first Japanese employee. He was responsible for the market launch in Japan from business strategy and marketing strategy to organizational development, including recruitment. He has extensive experience in mass marketing, digital marketing, and related areas, including D2C sales strategy, customer acquisition, and creating alliances with other companies to create new businesses.
He joined Sound Fun as an Executive Officer of Global Business Div. in April 2023. He is working to solve social issues of “hearing loss” that are common to all over the world, and to deliver Mirai Speaker to people not only in Japan but also to the global, which will make Sound Fun as continue to be an indispensable company in the world.
