Victor Wang

Victor is CEO of care.coach and has served as Principal Investigator (PI) on several large awards from the US Department of Defense and National Institutes of Health, focused on digital health and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to improve the care of older adults and people with complex health conditions. Before care.coach, he worked in a range of research, engineering and medical fields, and served in the Canadian military before completing his Master’s degree at MIT, where he specialized in human-machine interaction. Victor’s aging grandmother inspired him to start care.coach, a company that supports patients and care teams to improve health behaviors and outcomes through a unique fusion of human & software intelligence. The company has been named one of the Top 10 Aging in Place Innovations by GuideWell in 2020, Health IT winner of MedCity INVEST 2021, and joined the AARP AgeTech Collaborative in 2022.
