Rishik Dhar is the co-founder and CEO of DataSense Inc. His team has launched SolidHealth.AI – an AI powered care continuity concierge in October 2025. The purpose of this product is to identify care gaps and help mitigate them. He was the head of Consumer Behavior signals at Amazon Search before launching his startup in July 2024. There he developed advanced datasets that powered the Machine Learning models responsible for driving more than 50% of the attributable purchases on Amazon.com. He has 25 years of experience in building software products in Retail, Supply Chain, Gaming, Cloud Based Platforms and more. Previously he has worked at large enterprises like Target, Hitachi Data Systems as well as startups like Flyr and Playfirst. He loves simplifying complex domains, building software products and designing solutions working backwards from real customer problems.
