Lindsey is the Chief Strategy Officer at TCARE. In this role she is responsible for leading the development and delivery of TCARE’s products and services to meet the needs of current and emerging customer segments and strategic partners. She has 15 years of diverse employee benefit consulting and insurance industry experience, spending most of that time as a strategic consulting driving comprehensive workforce health, engagement and total rewards programs. She brings thought-leadership and innovative ideas to support TCARE’s approach to addressing the ever-changing caregiver landscape, supporting the wellbeing of individuals who are trying to navigate the challenges that come with taking on caregiving responsibilities, and delivering value to customers through improved health outcomes, increased engagement and productivity, appropriate service utilization, and keeping care at home.
