My Name is Kayfay Braima and I work at The Perfect Companion (An INC 5000 Company).
As a proven professional with an extremely diverse/versatile background, I have experience in HR, | Healthcare (from care-giving to now operations manager) | and Products/Project Management (Both Internal and External Clients). I am currently the Operations Manager at The Perfect Companion, of which I oversee day -to-day practices of the company, caregiver compliance (Certs, Licensing, credentialing and auditing) and our care team.Which includes but aren’t limited to staffing, care team experience/satisfaction, processes and procedures.
Prior to working at The Perfect Companion, I worked 4+ years as a Product Owner / Project Manager at Goldman Sachs, where I had the opportunity to work on the back-end of developing the Apple Credit Card and Countless of other projects during the course of my 4+ years with the company. Due to my extensive skills over the years, I am very enthusiastic, responsible, self-motivated, reliable, hardworking and overall a great team player.
