Justin Ladner

Justin Ladner is a Senior Policy Advisor on AARP’s Thought Leadership team. A labor economist by training, he researches issues that are critical to understanding the Longevity Economy in general, as well as the labor supply decisions of older workers in particular. He is passionate about leveraging data analytics to better understand all aspects of the Longevity Economy, as well as developing practical policy solutions that meet the diverse needs of the 50-plus population.

Justin holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan, as well as a master’s degree in economics and bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Boston University.
