Jessica Nam Kim is the Co-founder and now Executive Chairwoman of ianacare after serving as the CEO for the first six years. ianacare is on a mission to encourage, empower, and equip family caregivers as they navigate the complex journey of caring for a loved one at home. Our solution effectively engages the patient and caregiver to mobilize the right people and right resources at the right time – leveraging the power of AI technology with an anthropological and human-centered approach. ianacare was born out of her personal experience of being the primary caregiver for her mom who battled pancreatic cancer and her father who had congestive heart failure. She is a 3x startup founder, speaker, mom of three kids, and caregiver advocate. Jessica graduated from Brown University and received her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
