Jake is a serial entrepreneur and thought-leader with 25+ years of healthcare technology innovation. Having held senior leadership positions at CareKeeper, LG Healthcare, Netsmart, MetTel, DHG, Accenture, Health Tech Associates, and other healthcare technology focused organizations, Jake brings great passion for enabling better care at home for older seniors and those with chronic disease. He has pioneered software and digital technologies in many areas including long-term care, homecare and hospice with a particular focus on telehealth and virtual care.
Jake has his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and has served on many industry boards including the National Association for Homecare (NAHC), Home Care Technology Association of America, and Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST).
