Beth Sanders is the founder and CEO of LifeBio, a pioneering healthtech company that captures and shares life stories to improve well-being and care delivery. Inspired by recording her grandmother who was living with dementia, Sanders launched LifeBio as the first online biography tool. Over the years, LifeBio, Inc. has expanded LifeBio.com’s capabilities and the LifeBio Memory app, blending storytelling with technology to reduce loneliness, foster purpose, and enhance care in senior living, hospice, hospitals, and home care settings.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Sanders has grown LifeBio into a leading agetech platform used across the U.S. and internationally, leveraging AI and machine learning to make reminiscence therapy accessible and impactful for person-centered care and to reduce depressive symptoms. Under her leadership, LifeBio has been awarded four National Institute on Aging grants. She has deep experience working with five different research partners for these grants. The LifeBio Memory app, which was created through funding from the NIA, will be used to capture thousands of life stories in more than 200 organizations in 2026.
