Jim Firman is Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of BetterAge, a public benefit company developing AI-enabled tools and an integrated ecosystem for measuring and improving whole-person health and wellbeing among older adults and caregivers. He previously served as President and CEO of the National Council on Aging for 25 years, founder and CEO of United Seniors Health Cooperative for 10 years, and as a Senior Program Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. He earned an M.B.A and an Ed.D. from Columbia University.
