Joel White is a Partner at Monument Advocacy and leads the Health Care Practice, which is dedicated to ensuring our clients’ success by delivering exceptional advocacy and strategic services that strengthen health care everywhere.
Joel founded Horizon Government Affairs in 2007, which was recently acquired by Monument. Before Horizon’s founding, Joel served as the Staff Director for the House Committee on Ways and Means’ Health Subcommittee. He helped enact nine laws, including the Medicare prescription drug benefit (Part D), the ASP reimbursement system, multiple provider payment models, and Health Savings Accounts.
