Ken Roos is a seasoned sales and business development leader with more than 30 years of experience scaling innovative SaaS and healthcare technology companies. He has led commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and organizational transformation at firms serving the healthcare continuum—from acute care and post-acute to senior living and longevity & wellness.
Ken has held senior executive roles at leading organizations including OnShift, Vital Images, and Aiva Health, consistently driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful exits. His experience spans both domestic and international markets, having led Vital’s global relationship with Toshiba and managed key strategic partnerships in Europe and Asia.
Committed to community engagement, Ken has served in multiple nonprofit leadership roles, including San Diego Seniors Community Foundation, Chair of the Board of Toussaint Academy San Diego and Executive Committee Member of Father Joe’s Villages, where he also served as a board member and advisor.
Ken holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from San Diego State University and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Boston College. He resides in La Jolla, California.
